The Records and Client Intake Department of established law firm needs Records Clerk opening in the San Francisco Office. The Records Center Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organizing, maintaining, and tracking all client and case files within the office; facilitating the organization and efficient tracking of the client intake process; reviewing incoming mail for calendar items and from the filing process; collecting documents with dates to be calendared and performing loose-leaf filing and other library maintenance. Qualifications: 3+ year’s legal records experience, excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Calendaring and/or case clerk experience helpful.
